Update to SSAO effect, added in noise mix parameter

Update to the SSAO effect (helps 3D become more defined with very fake lighting)
It now has a noise mix parameter (replaces noise enable) which can be used to tune the amount of dither/random noise included in the effect, generally values between 0.1 and 0.5 give an effect that I like.
