Add CurrentAnimationTime/Frame Expressions

On request add expressions:
This is for the primary (first channel) of animation.
- CurrentAnimationTime
- In seconds (loops if loop enabled.)
- CurrentAnimationFrame
- Rounded to the closest frame number.
