Add Heightfield Shape (use Sprite Mesh)

Heightfield will be created only from a Sprite with a mesh
The sprite and mesh must be square, the mesh x,y grid points must be regularly spaced with equal spacing (square grid), the heightfield elevations will be set by the zElevation of the mesh points.

Is there something like this but without using 3d physics? Like normal sprite moving on some terrain made from mesh?
I think there is an example with the camera, look at the C3 examples.
