With the recent update to the C3 effects compositor, more effects now work with the plug-in, experiment to see what works!
Right now, a single effect will work across all faces of the 3D Object individually and seems to work well.
Multiple effects behave differently. It looks like the first effect works on all faces individually, but additional effects work across the entire bounding box defined by the width/height property of each instance. If the bounding box does not cover the screen area the 3D model is rendered in (you can see the bounding box in the editor when the instance is selected), only part of the 3D Model will be rendered.
I will look at centering the bounding box on the model, so it will be easier to set a height/width that covers the entire model.
