fix (textures) allocate one set of textures per model


Fix a race condition when many of the same model instances are on the same layout. Previously texture memory was allocated for all of the model instances if they were all present at the start of the same layout. Changed to only load textures for one common model, which is what occurred previously when instances were not created simultaneously.
