Fix (load) - create alerts instead of crash for more loading issues:
- malformed or missing gltf/glb
- missing or incorrect folder structure for external textures (See project properties, export type should be folders instead of flat)

im getting a lag at start of layout like freezing for a split second at start and many fetch in console with this update
do you mean logging in console? perhaps I left a debug in there can you send me a screenshot so I know what to look for
