Now Free and Open Source
Thank to our wonderful big supporters Samuel and PixelMetal 3DObject Addon is now free and open source!
Additional donations welcome, but not necessary.
The itch project is now free and I will start working on creating the github repo with example and notes from the itch.io page, that may take a little while to get organized, but in the meantime the addon will be free on itch.io.
3DObject Addon will be Open Source and free to all in the Construct 3 Community. The addon is now considered complete and further funding is not need to add more features. In appreciation of the wider Construct 3 community, I want to release it back to the community for free and open source. The addon will also eventually be added to the C3 addon page.
I will maintain the github repo and will happily accept PRs for optimizations, documentation, tips or new features.
I want to thank all the supporters who have bought the product and made this possible, including the big tippers and folks requesting commissions (you know who you are, I very much appreciate you!)
If needed for a paritcular project I will also be open to doing commissions for added features that will also be released for free.

Would it be possible to play multiple animations on the same object? I'd happily commission that depending on your rate
Can you give me an example of this using a glf/glb model? Is it blending between two animations, or is one overriding another (and how is that determined), etc. If there is another engine with this feature that you like the implementation of, can you point me to it?
The proper term I was thinkning of is animation "blendtrees". My thinking is the "play animation" action could have a bone ID field. When the animation is played you can choose what bone(and that bones children) the animation is played on. You could for example apply a walk animation to the legs, and a punch animation on the torso/arms
I see what you are saying now, thanks for the explanation. This looks quite complicated, so I don't think I am going to be implementing this in the near term. The addon is open source now and I will accept PRs too. So, perhaps someone else can implement this, or someone else can be commissioned to do this.

Cool! Amazing job on this addon. This addon made me learn blender for 3d modeling and animations and i'm glad I did. I don't have to use free 3d assets anymore for future games lol.
