(fix) Experimental optimization, part 2


Update to fix static geometry optimization, more corner cases.

It is not recommended to use for main production without a lot of testing across multiple platforms.

Please report back results with static on and off, include GPU and CPU, this optimization is likely to work differently across platforms.

My cpu is 5700G with a 3060Ti. 8 objects, static on is 65 and off is 55, but after trying it again, the results changed to 60 for on and 57 for off. Weird. Sometimes the change is not noticeable at all.
